Introduction
The Old Ginn House is a family run inn / hotel. We have 19 bedrooms offering
double, twin, family rooms and a luxury suite.
We aim to provide a high standard of service and cater for the needs of all
our guests. We encourage this
through staff training especially through the 'Welcome' scheme.

& Car Parking Facilities
• The large entrance gate leads into the courtyard which is well lit and the
tarmac has recently been re-laid.
• There are marked parking bays for approx 40 cars - some in the courtyard
but the majority at the back of the buildings.
• There are 2 disabled parking bays directly in front of the main building
entrance.

• The main entrance has full disabled access ramps. There is a small
threshold (1") from the ramp into the hallway.
• The main entrance door is 31 1/2" wide.
The floor surface in the hallway is tiles.
• The reception/lounge is on the right.
The door is 29" wide. The floor is carpeted. Staff will be happy
to come from behind reception to help complete registration forms.

• One block has no steps into it and has ground floor double bedrooms one of
which has a large walk-in shower. The
other bedrooms have a bath with shower over the bath.
• One block has a 1" threshold and has a ground floor luxury suite with
Jacuzzi bath and large walk-in shower.
• One block has 3 steps up in to it.

• If you require any assistance during your stay please contact reception.
• Telephones are in all bedrooms. Ask reception if you require access to an
outside line and your telephone will be connected.
• WI-FI internet access available for suitably configured portable computers.There will be a small charge for this service.
• There is a good network coverage for mobile phones in the area.
• If you are hard of hearing please let reception know if you would be
unable to hear the fire alarm etc.
• Reception is open - Mon to Fri - 7am until the bar closes Sat & Sun
8am until the bar closes. The bar
will close at midnight unless there are no customers, in which case it will
close any time after 10.30pm.
• We have no night porter but, in case of emergencies, the telephone will be
transferred to the duty manager.
